I LOVE running in case you didn’t know. I also love the sport of running - smashing PRs, chasing goals, challenging your body and mind. It is a beautiful sport. So whether your goals are to run one mile without stopping or you want to make the world championships in the 50 mile, I can help!
How it works
We will discuss your goals
Review past running history - your previous PRs, your weekly mileage, any past injuries
Formulate a plan to achieve goals, run injury free and become a faster, stronger runner
Depending on when your race is, we can agree to a time period of training. You will have check in calls once a week or every other week, depending on your preference. I will help with a plan in two week increments in order to adjust as needed.

In between calls, you will get ongoing support via text or email. I have a run split fetish, meaning I love analyzing run splits, so I look forward to reviewing your runs.
Pricing
Begins at $120 per month, depending how much support you need! I have also partnered with Run Free Training as an optional support: biomechanic feedback, nutrition and more!
Develop a Customized Yoga Practice
In my 12 week 1:1 program you’ll gain clarity and confidence in your own customized yoga practice. Over time we will implement and refine each pose creating a yoga practice you can do anywhere - no need for a yoga studio or membership.
How it works
Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have 12 45 minute to one hour virtual calls or in person meetings with me. Ideally we meet once a week, these calls can be via Zoom or in-person. These calls are a blend of yoga instruction, breath attention and accountability.
24/7 Support and Helpful Resources
In between calls, you will get ongoing support via text or email. I am available 24/7 to help with the practice or to give feedback. I have given clients wake up calls before or created custom videos. We can work together and figure out something that helps you.

Integrative Health Coaching

This is a 12 week personalized nutrition, lifestyle and health coaching program. We begin by addressing your goals and working backwards from there. I specialize in helping people with weight loss, pre-diabetes and stress.
How it works
Over the course of 12 weeks, we will meet virtually every other week for about minutes discussing strategies, goals, and daily routine.

In between calls, you will get ongoing support via text or email. I am available 24/7 to help with the practice or to give feedback.

I believe in the bioindividuality of each person. I struggled with finding the right nutrition for years until I found Ayurveda. We all have unique needs according to our body composition. The body can heal itself as well as it can create a disease. We need the correct environment, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, relationships and profession to really thrive and achieve our ultimate potential as human beings. Self realization leads to enlightenment and it begins with our decisions.
